Course Overview
Definition of multimedia. Elements of multimedia: text, graphics, sound, animation and video; software commonly used for each element. Hardware requirements. Review of software packages used for multimedia, with emphasis on the interactivity aspects. Using the Adobe Flash software, the practical classes familiarize students with steps involved in multimedia production, from beginning to the final stage.
