I was invited to participate as a Consultant for a Process Re-Engineering programme organized by Yataka Legend at their centre in Kuala Lumpur.
The consultancy took place from March 28th to March 31st, 2016, and focused on sharing professional expertise in process improvement and re-engineering with visiting international guests. My role involved providing guidance, practical insights, and strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
Reflection
Reflecting on this experience, I found it highly rewarding to collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds and to see how structured process interventions can lead to measurable improvements. This engagement strengthened my skills in consultancy, cross-cultural communication, and applied process engineering in real-world organizational settings.
