Reflection
The 2011 series of workshops provided me with a unique opportunity to engage with professionals across diverse industries in Malaysia.
By covering topics from strategic planning to project management and creative thinking, the sessions emphasized both the structured and innovative sides of leadership.
These engagements not only strengthened my ability to deliver knowledge across multidisciplinary contexts but also highlighted the importance of adaptability, bilingual communication, and cross-cultural engagement in professional development.
